Welcome to Follow Me Friday Hosted By Parajunkee.com and Alisoncanread.com
This weeks question:
If you could "unread" a book, which one would it be? Is it because you want to start over and experience it again for the first time? Or because it was THAT bad?
Ok, so I really want to say Mockingjay, but I say that book to much for questions like this.
My answer for book I would like to unread because it was THAT bad is:
Click Image to go to Goodreads page.
I had friends tell me this author was amazing and that I needed to read him. Someone lent me Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister and I read the entire book waiting for something interesting to happen… I never found it:( I know there are people out there that liked this, but it was not for me at all.
My answer for books I would like to start over and experience again for the first time:
There are so many books that I would love to experience meeting for the first time again, so I will just picture some of my favorites If they are part of a series you can bet I mean all of them.
Click Image to go to Goodreads page.
OK, let me just be honest, I am going to stop there because this could end up being my longest blog post ever with image after image of books I would love to go back and experience for the first time. There is really nothing like finding a book, or a whole series you can just fall in love with is there?

ReplyDeleteI have not read Confessions of an Ugly Step Sister, but did read his book, Wicked. I loved Wicked. The political undertones were interesting and I found myself hoping for the witch.
ReplyDeleteThere are a couple on your list of "Would Like to Experience Again" that I have not read and will have to look up.
I haven't heard of Confessions of an Ugly Step Sister, it's a shame it wasn't an enjoyable read.

Old Follower :)
Hi, new follower here, I felt the same way when I read Wicked.

Great choices! I was going to choose Harry Potter, but then I decided that I wouldn't want to undo all of the experiences I had while reading for the first time, like waiting for the midnight releases, discussing with friends, and even being spoiled for various deaths. It means so much to me, I don't think I'd want to undo my first reading experience!

Great choices Rebecca. Happy Friday **New Follower** through GFC
