Some of my favorite things that I love to do in Halloween: 1.Horror Movie Marathon (One of my All time fav. Art of the Devil I,II & III) 2.Collecting Candle Wax (in the Philippines, we go to the cemetery during these times and the kids all over in order to have fun or past time is to collect then form those candle wax into something or you can sell them per pound lol :)) 3. Trick or treat 4. FREE CANDY! 5. Last but not the least of course, chillax with family, tell stories, catch up etc.
We don't celebrate Halloween much in France but as I'm Dublin for the academic year I'll celebrate it in Ireland and I'm sooooo excited !! I really have to find a costume soon and I love the fact that everyone will dress up and the house I'm living it will be decorated ... :). Thanks for the great giveaway Rebecca ;) !!
Great vlog! I know exactly what you mean about other holidays being stressful! We don't really do much for Halloween in the UK, but we do get halloween sweets and chocolate so that would be my favourite thing! Thanks for the giveaway :) Looking forward to the other events :)
I just love the holiday! The decorations are always so cool. I think that's one of my top faves. I look for interesting little pieces to put in my room for all year round! It's the one time of year people accept the pararnormal things for being cool!
My favorite thing about Halloween being in the post-ToT years is enjoying some scary movies. I love finding a new horror movie I hadn't watched before and letting the freakyness take me away for one day a year!
I never celebrated Halloween at all before I moved to the States and so the holiday still feels really new to me but the thing I look forward to every year is carving a pumpkin with my wife. Each year we've come up with a design together (last year it was a T-Rex because our niece was going through a dino-phase!) and there's just something really cool about seeing the orange glow come through the pumpkin's skin and illuminating what you've done. :)
Definitely the hallowe'en parties for me! Admittedly, we don't do as much here in the UK as the US does, but I like to think we give it a pretty good go!
I don't know what I DON"T LOVE about Halloween. I love everything. First, it October is when it starts to get cooler (weather wise). I love the spooky movies and it the idea that I get to dress up crazy and do whatever I want. It's the funnest, most laid back holiday. Decorating is a must for my house. Need to get started ASAP.
I love having a scary movie marathon, the cute decorations, costumes, and the way that children get so excited about the holiday. But right now, my favorite thing is CHOCOLATE (I might be craving some, lol)
Everything is my favorite thing about halloween! The pumpkins, the costumes, the neighbors, the candy, the food, the wide acceptance of all things scary...!
Everything! I love the spooky decorations, the scary movies, the costumes and candy! There's really nothing I DON'T love about Halloween! Thanks for the giveaway!
Fun video blog!! You are so cute!! And I love that you talk like me. Hope I'll see you at yallfest. :)
My favorite thing about Halloween - I'm not sure if it is a Halloween thing! I love watching Labyrinth at this time of year. Actually, I love all of the Halloween programming on TV. Not the super scary stuff, but the stuff that the family can watch. Even the cheesy stuff like on Nickelodeon (that I do, I admit, watch as an adult). But Labyrinth with David Bowie as the Goblin King - my freaking favorite!!!
I love fall anyway, though, for all reasons!! SUPER FUN VIDEO BLOG. SUPER FUN QUESTION!!
We dont celebrate Halloween in Denmark, but even so me and my family buy every year a pumpkin and carve it. It is SO cosy when there are lights in it at night :)
