Charter internet service sucks!
Lately every time I go to write a new post our internet goes down. This is driving me crazy! We have had service people out to "fix" the problem more than once, but as I am posting this from my phone you can see nothing has been fixed. I usually never post any type of rant on Bending The Spine but as you can tell I'm fed up. Have any of you had this problem? What internet service do you use? And are you happy with it?

I feel your pain. I have Charter also. Our internet has lots of hiccups at night. It's usually fine during the day.
ReplyDeleteWe have HD tv through Charter, and our local channels keep having the sound cut out. We called Charter to complain and they told us they *know* about the problem and are working on a solution. It's been over a week and it's still not fixed.
Sadly, our only other option around here is Dish, and I certainly don't want that mess.
I agree. From everything I have heard the dish is even worse:(
DeleteWe have Charter also, but there's not much choice what we choose...
ReplyDeleteYeah, they are kind of a monopoly in a lot of areas.
DeleteI have Charter too. I've had my internet die on me at 3 in the morning while I'm watching my anime! I'm not too happy with Charter but it's not like I have much of a choice.
ReplyDeleteWhat are your favorites right now??? I am always looking for something good to watch! My last favorite was Say I Love You. It was so good I hope they come out with the next season.
DeleteRight now I'm enjoying Log Horizon, it's about online gaming, it's not complete yet. I also enjoyed "It Started With A Kiss" (romance) and "Gosick" (crime/mystery).

ReplyDeleteI use comcast, it's okay lol not great.
ReplyDeleteI don't have comcast in my area.
DeleteWe have brighthouse here and hate it. They don't give you the speed you pay for and we get problems with uploading and downloading. For months before we kept getting new modems and service visits because the internet wouldn't stay up. Also pricey.
