Stacking The Shelves #2

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews and is a post for bloggers to share what books they've received to review, bought, won, borrowed or were gifted.

No vlog this week. I am all kinds of sick:( Trust me you don’t want to see.

Library Haul!!!

Bitten (Women of the Otherworld, #1)
I have been wanting to read Kelley Armstrong’s adult series for like ever! Bitten started of a bit slow but I am really enjoying it now.

Underworld (Abandon Trilogy #2)
It hasn’t been long since I read and really enjoyed Abandon. I am so excited about continuing this series with Underworld.

Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1)

The Name of the Star (Shades of London, #1)
Daughter of Smoke and Bone and The Name Of The Star are books I have had my eye on to review for Spookin The Spine this year. I can’t wait to read them!

Scarlet
Scarlet is one of those books that the minute I read the blurb I was like… I have to read this book!!! I am so happy my library had it.

Have you read any of these???
What is new to your shelf this week?
Happy reading,
Signature

  2. Oh you got some great books this week :D !
I have read Daughter of smoke and bone last year. I only loved the first half of the book though :/. But it's still awesome to read a YA book set in Prague it's so different and unique !
Oooooh Scarlet <3 I read it this summer and it's my favorite 2012 debut novel now I loved it so much :).
And I also heard good things about The name of the star I really need to buy a copy :).

I have an international giveaway going on, on my blog to celebrate my 2 year blogoversary if you are interested ^^

  3. The library we have on base is teeny - I look forward to returning home to the U.S. next year, and having a larger public library - BUT we do have a great inter-library loan system with all the other US Armed Forces libraries in Europe! So I can get almost anything I want, which is great.

Hmm, "Scarlet" is on my list, so I should see if the library has that. "The Name of the Star" looks interesting. I'm going to have to look up the blurb and learn more about it.

Right now I have "Deadlocked" from the library, because I just don't want to invest any more money in the Sookie Stackhouse series since it's been so disappointing over the past few books.
