This weeks question:
Q. How has your reading habits changed since you were a teen? or If you are still a teen what new genres are you in love with currently?
My reading habits have changed drastically since I was a teen. I would say the paranormal/ fantasy genre love is still the same but I didn’t read even 20% of the books I read now. I don’t know why I have way less time now, but I just can’t stop reading
Happy Hopping,
Rebecca

I'm the same. I should actually be reading a uni textbook now, but reading and blogging keep drawing my attention away.
ReplyDeleteOld Follwer ;) Here's my FF
I'm really getting into Misfit, but I'm only a quarter into it so far. I'm suprised that it was able to make me love both the adult and the teen characters.
ReplyDeleteI want more books from the Misfit world I loved it! I wont say more because you haven't finished it yet.
ReplyDeleteI was always an avid reader myself! Just had a harder time finding paranormal books 10 years ago! Really makes me feel old in a way, but I'm not!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Friday Hops
Have a GREAT weekend!

My reading habits have changed a lot since I was a teen, in that I read a lot more. I can actually read what I want now, instead of what's "assigned" from school. I'm just recently getting into YA, and am loving paranormal. Your recommendations have been great! I'm making quite the list. I just finished a book by a new author that I'm working with called (S)Mythology by Jeremy Tarr. It's a modern day fairy tale that is wry and whimsical, and tackles life...death...and the Underworld. The book is super cute and has illustrations by artist Katy Smail, which really bring the main character Sophie to life. I think you and your readers would really like it!
ReplyDeleteYou can read the first three chapters and check out the illustrations at www.smythology.co.uk or check out the book on Amazon here: http://amzn.to/Shardcover.
Enjoy! Have a great weekend!
you're such a book nerd now! you hardly ever leave the house w/o a book or your reader!
